American Idol: The Winner Is..

The winner will be revealed tonight!! I think David Cook will win,
but Archuleta had a good chance of winning. Now the question will
be answered, as I said, tonight! (The question: who's going to be the next
American Idol?)

An amazing intro to the show! Ryan really nailed the screaming. But you
get used to it. If you watch the show, every week on Tuesday he says very
loudly and sometimes even yells, "This is American Idol!"

Who are you rooting for?

After the commercial break, I thought the 2 Davids made a great
performance. They sound great together!

Syesha? Again? Please no, please. I'd rather not rather listen
to  her sing. Did you want Syesha to perform? If so, why?

Jason! Yeah go Jason! I love the song. "Hallelujah!"
It is just the perfect song for him. Another question: Did
you like  Jason?

Female performance! I loved it! Except Amanda, she kind of
sounded weird. What do you think?

Go guys! Singing "Summer Of 69" top 6 guys. Obviously,
The Davids are in that 6. And now, singing Heaven by
Bryan Adams. (Live blogging).

ZZ Top is playing live on American Idol with David Cook!
Awesome! Imagine what thats like. Being on stage with the
ZZ Top group!

Jonas Brothers singing S.O.S. live on American Idol! I really
like that song. First, when ryan said for the girls to say who it
was, all I heard was high-pitched screaming. But I figured it out
who it was! :-)

I am your brother! Best friend for ever! Hahahahahhahaha! The marching
band, everything! That is the funniest thing EVER! Hehehahaha! Cheerleaders,
oh geese. That is so funny. :-):-):-)  Ha! That's amazing that he got all the way
to here to sing that song. :-o

One Republic playing "Apologize", and I think it was  a little weird voice when it
comes to certain parts in the song, but it wasn't  bad at all! Compared to
the radio version..

Jordan Sparks- as Ryan calls, "The current American idol" is performing,
I don't really think she put much effort into it, but it was pretty good!

I really want Ryan to get on with it so we can find out who is the next American
Idol! Obviously, no matter what happens, its going to be David!

"Last Name", either that (I didn't hear) or "Last Night" from Carrie Underwood,
but either way, I thought it was really good.

American Idol - Finals!!

Time for the finals! David Cook and David Archuleta. This time, the question
tonight is who is going to WIN? Very good question indeed. Seriously!

Quite interesting intro to tonights (Tuesdays) show, with the microphone
coming down, very interesting.

David Cook: 1st song: I loved the beginning. "I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For" song by U2. I thought it was a great song choice, perfect for David Cook to nail down to the ground! Excellent! Simon says: Phenomenal. 2nd song: Amazing beginning! Picked up right away with the great strong voice he's got in there.
Playing guitar? He's risking it, but I wouldn't say it's much of a risk, because he's very good at guitar! He nailed it. Completely NAILED it. Simon says: Didn't feel like a winning opponent. Round 3: Classical guitar this time! Now I really don't know who's going to win, and thats why that question at the top of this post is important. I actually though this one was a little calm, but picked up later in the song. "The World I know" By Collective Soul. Simon says: Wrong song choice in my opinion. I say the same.

David Archuleta: 1st song: The beginning was o.k., but he picked it up after that. I think he showed 75% of what he's really got, but I don't know if it's good enough to win. "Don't Let The Sun Go Down On Me" by Elton John. Simon says: David Archuleta wins round 1. Go Archuleta! 2nd song: Another Calm beginning, I really am beginning to think David Cook might win.. quite a snoozer song. Song name: unknown, some Disney song I guess. Simon says: Round 2 goes to Archuleta! I say: Round 2 goes to Cook! Song 3: (let's make it a good one!) Calm beginning, but I think it might be the wrong song choice. I am rooting 50% on David A., and 50% for David C. "Imagine" by John Lennon (in the beetles). Simon says: We witnessed a knockout.

Who I want to win: I really am rooting for both Davids. I would be happy either way who wins!

American Idol: Top 3!

Wow! Top 3! Who's going home? That is still a good question.

Syesha: Gone. Please. I've had enough. I want her to go home. She's an amazing
singer, but I don't think she put enough effort into this week to make it, and I think
the Davids are going to the finals. Without the last name, I'm almost sure the next American
Idol will be David! I'd be surprised if Syesha makes it to the finals.

Davids: David Cook, you rock, you're putting the rock out there. David Archuleta, it was okay for me.
Pretty good though, I think you did just enough to make it to the finals. Cook, I think you have a
55% winning, Archuleta, I'd say 40% or so, and Syesha gets the leftover 5%. Sorry! I just think she's
done.

Oh, P.S., sorry I didn't do one of these things for last weeks top 4. Jason went home!
Well, I think Syesha should have went then. Jason was just- not putting enough effort I guess.

American Idol: Top 5

Top 5! Who is going home? That is a good question.

What a weird night last night! Now that there's only 5 people left, they're singing two songs instead of one, because what else what they do in the large amount of time for the show? (one hour)

Syesha: I think it's time already for Syesha to go already. I mean, she's not a bad singer, but I think she sings too many "calm" songs. The thing is, she doesn't really make it interesting. For instance, when Randy Jackson says, "That was the bomb, man!!" he's basically saying, "That was really interesting! So awesome!" But I've never heard Randy say anything like that to Syesha. I think we've had enough of her.

Jason: I thought Jason was safe, but could've been in trouble. I'm glad he wasn't in the bottom 2, because I think he deserves to be in the top 4. Usually, he just makes songs "his own". I love how he puts a life in every song that comes out of his mouth! He just has the skill. I love his voice, and of course, that part matters a lot in American Idol. (no duh). All I can really say is, his personality fits the voice!

Brooke: I agree with what Simon said about the first song: It was a nightmare. I couldn't stand it! She made wacky karaoke song out of "I'm A Believer"! It wasn't really what I expected her to do. The second song was much better though. I don't remember the last time she did not use an instrument. I think it's almost time to say good bye, and I think she deserves to be in the top 4, but she was in the bottom 2. If she made it to the top 4, that week she should have left.

The Davids: I only have one thing to say about both of the Davids and both of their songs: Absolutely Positively Awesome!! I loved them both! Especially David Cook. You rock, Davids!

A Week Ago: I'm very happy the tattoo-girl is gone! I couldn't stand her anymore. (Carly)
